We create and produce Apocalypse Festival in Interlaken entirely in-house – from the first idea to the last shuttle leaving the site. Once a year we transform Jungfrau Park into a multi floor hard techno experience with around 5,000 guests, 7 individually designed floors, and dozens of international and local artists. We own every part of the production – planning, talent, logistics, F&B, and crew – so the festival runs safely and smoothly, on time, on budget, and true to the Apocalypse brand.
Event planning & project management:

line-up curation and contracting, artist advancing, communications, travel and accommodation, backstage and hospitality.
Logistics & site management:
site design and floor concepts, stage and deco build, technical production for 7 floors, power and infrastructure, equipment and transport coordination.
Food & beverage management:
F&B concept for a large-scale indoor festival, bar layout and operations, vendor coordination, staffing and training.
Staffing & crew management:
recruitment and scheduling for all event areas, including security, entrance, bars and runners; coordination of stagehands and drivers; on-site crew leadership throughout the festival.
